In the winter of 2009 Blacktop Paving merged with a concrete company, formerly known as GoodFellas Concrete, and with that we now have the capabilities of handling almost any project in the road construction industry. Under Blacktop Paving, the concrete division has grown significantly, expanding on pre-existing relationships and building brand new ones.
